On the edge of the cliffside lies a crumbling manor swathed in blankets of shadow. A cloaked figure darts out of its entrance, a gaping maw, and disappears into the forest, their footprints featherlight and fading in the snow...

Myrtle Manor is a solo journaling role-playing game. It requires a tarot deck, two coins, and a medium to record the story.

Revisit a manor full of secrets. Your journey has lead you far and wide, yet somehow, your steps always take you back to this place. What are you hoping to find? What are you hoping to hide?

Encounter the residents. Draw a single card from the deck to determine who you engage with on your hunt for answers. Will they help you on your quest or leave you at the mercy of the manor?

Mind your presence. The manor is alive, brimming with ancient arcane arts, and your extended stay is unwelcome. What lengths will you go to keep exploring? How long do you have until your time runs out?

Record your findings. The only possessions on you are your cloak, a leatherbound journal, and a quill. By candlelight, you document all of which you cannot say. When will your journey end, and where would it lead?

Myrtle Manor is a Princess Sword game, based on Anna Anthropy’s Princess with a Cursed Sword, available at w.itch.io
